Chengdu-Lhasa-Xigatze-Chengdu
In this tour you will not only visit the World Heritage Sites of the Potala and Jokhang Temple, the monasteries Drepung and Sera in Lhasa, but also the Holy lake Yamdrok Lake, Gyantse famous Kumpum Stupa and the impressive the seat of Panchen Lama Tashilhunpo Monastery. You will learn more about tibetan religious and the Tsang area life style.

The tour itinerary:

Day:1 Chengdu flight to Lhasa.
Lhasa airport picking up, have a good rest in the afternoon. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 2:
Visit Potola Palace, Johkang temple, and Barkor Market. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 3: Lhasa - Yangpachen -Namtso lake
In the morning, drive to Yangpachen,the hot spring, en route see the Northern Tibet Grassland, and the Yangpachen geothermal power plant, then go to Namtso lake,one of the three holy lakes in Tibet,then back to Lhasa,overnight in Lhasa.

Day4 Lhasa -Yamdrok Lake -Gyantse-Xigatze
Up to Kambala pass which is 4794m high, you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso there. It is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. You will visit the famous stupa - Gyantse Kumpum, the most stunning architectural wonder in Tibet.Overnight at Xigatze.

Day5 Xigatze --Lhasa
Then drive back to chushul, along Nepal friendship way to Xigatze, visit Tashilunpo Monastery Afternoon drive back to Lhasa along the friendship way. Overnight at Lhasa.

Day6 Lhasa - Chengdu by airplane
Leave from Lhasa for Chengdu by airplane,the end .
