The Yangtze River (长江) used to be the main passage through the gorges was dangerous. Shallows, dangerous bends, rapids and cliffs demanded the utmost attention and a lot of experience from the boatmen.

The tour itinerary:

D1、From Chengdu to Chongqing, 20:00 Departing from Chongqing. Overnight in cruise.

D3、In the morming Excursion to the White King City in Fengjie；07：00 passing by the fist Yangtze Gorge--Qutang Gorge；7：30 arrive in Wushan，disembark at Wushan and take a sampan tour to the picturesque the Lesser Three Gorges. the Lesser Three Gorges is a tributary carrying clear, cooler water into the Yangtse. and 07：30―12：30 excursion to the Lesser Three Gorges: longmen Gorge, dicui Gorge, bawuGorge. 12：30 passing by the sencond Yangtze Gorge --Wu Gorge； passing by the last gorge---Xiling Gorge, In the nighte visiting quyuan temple. Overnight in cruise.

D4、in the morming taking bus to the Three Gorges Dam, visiting Tanziling top point, Height 185 and Man-made river；12：00 arrive in Yichang. The end.
